About the Role
Full-time and Part Time available, with extra available to cover holidays/sickness, Permanent, year-round contract, Includes weekend shifts, Based in Cowes & Newport. No annual leave permitted during Cowes Week.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years experience in a similar role (baking ideally), A full UK driving licence + own vehicle, Great time management & self-motivation, Confident to take the lead when needed, Open to growing into a Shift Supervisor role, A genuine love for all things coffee & cake, A team-player mindset with team-player attitude
