Your Role
As a Trainee, youll be on the front lines of the talent market. Your day:to:day will include:

Strategic Networking: Using social media and digital tools to hunt for top:tier talent.

Candidate Management: Pre:screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for global projects.

Market Intelligence: Generating leads, gathering references, and becoming a go:to source in the Civil Engineering sector.

Brand Building: Advertising vacancies creatively to attract the best in the field.
