What You'll Be Doing Support plant start-up and shut-down routines to maximise throughput Operate, inspect, and maintain equipment to meet productivity and maintenance KPIs Carry out mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance Assist with planned shutdowns and ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical fault finding Maintain accurate records using our SAP-based maintenance system Train and supervise apprentices as required Travel to other local Heidelberg Materials sites when needed (travel allowance may apply) What You'll Bring Mechanical maintenance experience in a heavy industrial setting Ability to operate tools and machinery safely and effectively Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards A proactive, team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Ready to keep things moving?
