The Role You will join a highly regarded corporate/commercial team advising a broad client base on matters including: Mergers & acquisitions Shareholder agreements and corporate restructuring Joint ventures Commercial contracts General company law advisory work The team handles a varied and quality caseload, offering genuine responsibility and client exposure.
