Duties Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance branch performance and profitability. Monitor branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote business growth. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members. Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demand. Utilise Salesforce software for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating reports. Prepare and present branch performance reports to upper management. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or service environment. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service excellence. Familiarity with Salesforce software is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
