About The Role
We’re looking for a Programme Operations Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of our training programmes. You’ll oversee a personal caseload of learners, support their wellbeing, and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (ESFA, Ofsted, Matrix). This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting learners.
What You’ll Do
* Coordinate and deliver all operational aspects of training programmes, including inductions and progress reviews
* Manage learner administration and data, ensuring compliance with ESFA and MTC processes
* Provide pastoral care, safeguarding, and behavioural management for learners
* Communicate regularly with employers and stakeholders on learner progress
* Support health and safety, enrichment activities, and logistics for learner inductions
* Promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding policies across the learner community
What We’re Looking For
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
* IT literate (Microsoft 365) and ideally experienced with e-portfolios (Smart Assessor)
* Passionate advocate for apprenticeships and training
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Essential:
* Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
Desirable:
* Experience working with learners in a management or leadership role
* Knowledge of Learner Management Systems (Pro Monitor, Pro Solution, Smart Assessor)
