Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Digital Learning Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis to support the deployment of our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. As part of the IT Training Team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the EPR programme by designing, developing and delivering high-quality digital learning resources tailored to the needs of clinical and non-clinical staff across the Trust. These resources will support the safe and effective adoption of the new EPR system, ensuring staff are confident and competent in its use. You will work closely with subject matter experts, system leads and project teams to translate complex workflows and system functionality into engaging, accessible and inclusive digital content. This includes e-learning modules, video tutorials, interactive guides and other digital formats hosted on the Trust's Learning Management System. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all digital content meets national and local standards, is quality assured, and is aligned with the training strategy for the EPR programme. Your work will directly contribute to the Trust's digital transformation goals and the delivery of safer, more efficient patient care., Significant responsibilities of this role will be to maintain the e-Learning and digital resource information for Trust staff, including user accounts, allocating modules and courses, updating information, and running and printing reports will include planning, designing and delivery of a variety of training courses, associated training materials and training videos whilst striving for continuous improvement in line with the Trust's values and behaviours.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels is essential.
