As a Junior Designer at WatchHouse, you’ll help bring our creative ideas to life across print, digital, and in‑House touchpoints. Working closely with our Creative Designer, agencies, and marketing team, you’ll support the delivery of campaign assets that reflect our design‑led brand world.
This role is perfect for someone growing their experience in design and looking to develop their craft within a fast‑paced, growing company. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure across a wide range of projects, learn from experienced creatives, and have genuine opportunities for growth and development as WatchHouse continues to expand.
You’ll take concepts through to production‑ready artwork, maintain consistency across channels, and help ensure campaigns and brand materials are rolled out smoothly and on time.

KeyResponsibilities:
* Campaign execution: translate creative concepts and campaigns into design outputs across digital, print, and House, ensuring consistency with brand direction.
* Digital & motion design: support with the creation of engaging visuals and motion graphics for email campaigns, paid social, app comms, and website assets.
* Email campaigns: design and build campaigns according to briefs from e‑commerce team.
* Artwork production: create production‑ready artwork for print and digital channels (POS, menus, email, social, paid ads).
* Asset management: manage and organise a centralised library of brand assets, ensuring easy access, accuracy, and consistent application across teams.
* Visual merchandising: support with merchandising standards across Houses.
* Internal & investor communications: design materials for internal comms, investor packs, and leadership presentations.
* Brand guardianship: help ensure all activity remains consistent, aligned, and on‑brand.
Key to this role
* 2+ years’ experience in a design role with exposure to both print and digital.
* A strong portfolio, ideally showcasing work within luxury hospitality or a premium brand.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma preferred.
* Understanding of motion design tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong file management skills.
* Understanding of production processes for both print and digital.
* Ability to deliver projects on time and work to tight deadlines.
* A collaborative, adaptable approach with a strong eye for consistency and brand application.
* Working as a custodian of the WatchHouse brand, you handle issues with intelligence and care.
