Job Summary
We are a General Insurance Agency. You will work from home on a part-time basis, using a company-provided laptop to complete assigned tasks efficiently during scheduled hours.
No experinces needed, Min GCE O level qualification
Responsibilities
Use Microsoft applications to complete daily work tasks accurately and efficiently
Manage your work schedule to meet the required hours of either four half days (4 hours each) or three full days (10am to 5pm)
Communicate clearly and promptly via Email and WhatsApp to support task coordination and information sharing
Assist in generating insurance quotations to support sales processes
Process issuance of new insurance policies and renewals to maintain client coverage
Maintain accurate records by updating policy changes and processing claims to ensure data integrity
Maintain regular communication with your team or supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
