What You'll Do
As Practice Manager, you'll be at the heart of our procedures, working closely with the partners, clinicians, and staff to:
* Lead, support, and motivate the practice team to achieve their best.
* Drive innovation and efficiency in the way we deliver services.
* Oversee finance, HR, and compliance to keep the practice running smoothly.
* Ensure we meet NHS, CQC, and contractual requirements.
* Support staff wellbeing and development, fostering a positive workplace culture.
* Look ahead strategically, helping us to adapt and grow in an evolving NHS landscape.
About You
We are looking for someone who is already an experienced manager, ideally within primary care or healthcare. You will bring:
* A proven track record of leading teams successfully.
* Confidence in HR, finance, and operational management.
* The ability to juggle strategic priorities with day-to-day problem-solving.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* Strong organisational skills and resilience under pressure.
