Job 1: Office Manager (Remote – Brazil / Portugal)

Permanent Role ┃ Remote (Brazil or Portugal-based) ┃ Manage the Day-to-Day Running of a Music Education Company


About Us

DK Music Group is a global leader in music education and digital marketing for artists. Our platform, DKMBA (DK Music Business Academy), provides independent musicians with the tools, resources, and strategies to grow successful music careers.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Office Manager based in Brazil or Portugal to support the day-to-day operations of our online academy and social platforms.


Role Overview

This is a critical support role in our business. You’ll assist with communications, customer service, inbox and admin tasks, and help ensure smooth operations across our platforms. You’ll work closely with the Head of Management and General Manager to help manage client needs, communications, and systems.

This is a great opportunity for someone organized, responsive, and reliable who’s looking to join a fast-growing remote team.


Key Responsibilities

Inbox & Customer Service

* Manage and respond to support emails and requests via Gmail and Meta inboxes (Facebook, Instagram).
* Handle member cancellations, access issues, playlist submissions, and general questions.
* Support the team with managing LinkedIn and Facebook pages.


Admin & Systems

* Track member churn and payment status.
* Maintain internal spreadsheets and databases (Google Sheets, Drive, Kajabi).
* Support monthly reporting and client onboarding.


General Support

* Coordinate with internal teams to pass on relevant tasks.
* Monitor the client community for member needs.
* Provide occasional scheduling support to leadership (e.g. reminders, simple calendar tasks).


What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Friendly and professional communication style
* Comfortable working with Gmail, Google Sheets, and social media inboxes
* Prior experience in admin, customer service, or operations is a plus


Salary & Hours
* Hours: Full-time, 8 per day
* Salary: $1,500 p/m
* Fully remote, flexible hours with availability in UK-compatible time zones (some overlap required)
