About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Health & Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support our fast-paced vehicle operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our sites meet legislative, safety and compliance standards whilst helping keep our processes efficient and well-documented.

We are particularly interested in candidates with previous health and safety coordination experience gained within operational, logistics, automotive, manufacturing, fleet ot industrial environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate health & safety and compliance activities across the site.
• Support risk assessments, incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Help ensure the site remains compliant with legal, safety and internal standards.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and audit records.
• Work with leadership teams to drive best practice and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience supporting health & safety and compliance activities within an operational, warehouse, logistics, automotive or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk assessments, incident reporting and compliance processes.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections or compliance documentation would be highly beneficial.
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders
• IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH qualification (or working towards) desirable, but not essential.
