Detailed Responsibilities
* Audit & Transparency: Coordinating the annual external audit and ensuring all financial transactions are transparent and documented.
* Contract Negotiation: Reviewing and renewing service level agreements (SLAs) for cleaning, catering, and security.
* Grant Management: Identifying opportunities for external funding and managing the application process for government and private grants.
* IT Strategy: Working with the IT Manager to ensure the school’s technology infrastructure is robust and cost-effective.
