Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
* Building long-term relationships with clients via calls to generate vacancies and future opportunities

* Researching industry trends to communicate knowledgeably about your recruitment area
* Writing engaging job briefs, posting on social media (LinkedIn), and emailing candidates
* Collaborating effectively within the team

* Meeting personal KPI and activity goals through our training program
