This role will be based in Head Office and will be a blend of office and home working. You will report to the IT Operations Lead, and play a key role in keeping our enterprise systems running efficiently and evolving with the business. You will dive into how our applications work, uncovering ways to make them faster, smarter, and more reliable. You will work across the full lifecycle: troubleshooting, designing, configuring, testing, and ensuring smooth transitions from project delivery to business-as-usual. What is on offer? Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues but keeping performance and reliability front and centre. Collaborate with colleagues, developers, and third party partners to design and roll out improvements. Support configuration and testing for new or updated applications and functionality. Create test cases, document business processes, and drive quality throughout change delivery. Propose automation first, efficient solutions that make everyday work simpler and smarter. Capture lessons learned and champion continuous improvement. Required Criteria Strong experience in IT application support within a development or enterprise environment. Solid second or third line support background comfortable logging, investigating, configuring, and resolving incidents. Hands-on SQL experience, including query writing. Skilled in application support, configuration, testing, and working with external partners. Degree in an IT related discipline Desired Criteria Experience with Sopra Banking Solutions, Summit, or Activate Frontline. SaaS administration and configuration know how. Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
