Job Introduction

When you join Eden Futures, you'll undergo a comprehensive induction including face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced team members. We will also support you in completing your Care Certificate and obtaining a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant field, in partnership with Paragon Skills.
*Roles are paid at £12.70 per hour, or approximately £27,000 annually based on a 42-hour week. The salary shown is for illustrative purposes only.
This is a part-time contracted position.

Main Responsibilities
* Support service users to lead active lives aligned with their wishes and support plans
* Safeguard their welfare and prevent abuse
* Provide emotional support and maintain a person-centred approach
* Assist with social activities, finances, medication, personal care, and healthcare
* Act as a point of contact for support networks
* Report and record issues related to care
* Follow health and safety regulations and maintain professional boundaries
