Due to expansion and increasing administrative needs, the school is seeking a personable, efficient, and highly organised Receptionist to join their friendly administrative team.
Role Information
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and external agencies. The role includes answering enquiries via phone and email, managing visitor check-ins, maintaining reception records, issuing passes, supporting safeguarding procedures, coordinating meeting rooms, and providing general administrative support to the school office and wider staff team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a calm and welcoming manner, and strong IT abilities. This is a fast-paced role requiring accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or school administration
