Key Responsibilities
* Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
* Manage a busy caseload while maintaining FCA compliance and high service standards
* Handle two to three completed mortgage cases per week with average case income of £2,000+
* Identify remortgage and protection opportunities within your client base
* Work closely with estate agency teams and introducers to maximise conversion rates
* Deliver an outstanding client experience at every stage of the mortgage process
Candidate Requirements
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent mortgage qualification) – essential
* Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
* Strong understanding of mortgage products, lender criteria, and the application process
* Track record in both mortgage and protection sales
* Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions (essential for FCA checks)
