Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
* Diary management for the CEO
* Working with the team on projects and tasks
* Booking meetings and travel
* Formatting correspondence and distributing accordingly
* Acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO
* Attending meetings and taking minutes for the board
* Event management
* Office organisation, ordering stock and supplies
* Supporting the HR and compliance team with on boarding
* Assisting with facilities and liaising with suppliers and contractors
* Reception and switchboard duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Have worked as an EA or PA before
* Have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
* Solid computer skills, including Powerpoint, MS office and Excel
* Have knowledge of projects
