The agency
An award-winning company with a great culture, this agency works with a diverse range of clients across multiple industry sectors to deliver a wide range of events. These include conferences, awards shows, incentives, and gala dinners. They offer full production and event logistics services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an incentives specialist to join and lead various international projects!
The role
This is a busy Event / Project Manager role where you will lead reward and recognition events, as well as incentive travel trips, from concept to completion. Responsibilities include planning international destinations, working with DMCs, managing guest/ delegate registration, and creating engaging on-site itineraries. International travel is involved!
About you
You are an experienced Event Manager with expertise in planning and curating incentive travel trips and reward/recognition events, preferably within an agency environment. You possess strong international destination knowledge, seek unique venues and resorts for creative incentives, and have an extensive network of suppliers and DMCs. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in London offices.
