Service Advisor - Stourbridge

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from their first enquiry through to vehicle collection. Working closely with the service and administration teams, you'll be involved in a wide range of customer-focused and operational tasks that help keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
14. Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email, text messaging, and face-to-face interactions
15. Processing jobs using the company's garage management system
16. Ordering vehicle parts and allocating them to relevant jobs
17. Managing parts returns and supplier communications
18. Accurate data entry and CRM management
19. Utilising modern AI-integrated systems and technology
20. Conducting customer follow-up calls and satisfaction checks
21. Assisting with the ongoing management and development of internal systems
22. Supporting the wider front-of-house team with day-to-day operations
23. Full training will be provided.
Requirements:
24. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
25. Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
26. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
27. Be confident using computer systems and technology
28. Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude
29. Have previous customer service, administration, service advisor, or automotive experience (preferred but not essential)
30. Be eager to learn and develop within the business.
Details:
31. Full-Time – 5 Days Per Week
32. Monday to Friday: 8:15am – 5:45pm
33. No weekend working.
34. Up to £31,000 per year
35. Salary will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role.
