A well-respected and community-focused primary school in Lambeth is seeking an experienced Class Teacher with TLR responsibility to join their team from September 2026.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality teaching within KS2
Leading on a subject or whole-school area as part of the TLR
Supporting colleagues through planning, resources and best practice
Using assessment effectively to drive pupil progress
Contributing to the wider leadership and development of the school
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for a teacher who:
Is currently on M6 with strong classroom practice
Has a proven track record of raising attainment
Is ready to take on or continue a middle leadership role
Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and organisation
Is committed to collaboration and whole-school improvementPrevious leadership or subject lead experience is highly desirable.
