Conveyancing Secretary/Paralegal – Bromsgrove The Role: A well-established law firm based in Bromsgrove is currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary or Paralegal to join its growing team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in residential conveyancing to provide crucial support to the Head of Property Services. You will not run your own caseload or undertake fee-earning responsibilities but will play a key role in the smooth running of residential property transactions. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Head of Property Services throughout the conveyancing process Drafting SDLTs, Replies to Requisitions and Transfer Deeds Managing AML onboarding procedures Producing case management letters Opening and closing files Liaising with clients and estate agents to provide timely updates Handling a variety of administrative tasks associated with residential conveyancing Your Requirements: A minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing is essential Strong working knowledge of conveyancing procedures Excellent communication, telephone and typing skills High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and use initiative Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems A team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience 21 days’ annual leave, plus Bank Holidays Company pension scheme (where applicable) Off-site parking available within walking distance of the office A friendly and professional working environment This role offers an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional to join a supportive and well-respected legal team.
