Position Summary
Neuro Rehab is a 12‑bed unit working with patients with neurological disorders. We are a small team looking for a Healthcare Support Worker with a keen interest in rehab to join our team. The position is rotational day and night duty.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of care to patients with neurological disorders.
* Plan and prioritise workloads effectively.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
* Provide support during day and night shifts.
Qualifications & Experience
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to plan and prioritise workload.
* Commitment to high quality care.
* Flexibility to meet service delivery needs.
* Experience with neurological disorders or challenging behaviours (advantage).
