Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based – Oxford/Reading/Southampton
Up to £41,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

Responsibilities include:
1. Identify and secure new business opportunities with independent clients, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
2. Build strong relationships with independent food market players using your foodie curiosity.
3. Create bespoke culinary proposals to help customers save time and money.
4. Achieve growth and profit targets, earning rewards accordingly.
5. Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide the best solutions and insights.
Ideal candidate:
Experience in field sales is preferred but not essential. We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven to meet targets, confident in field activities, and customer-focused. Training will be provided, especially if you have foodservice or hospitality experience. We value diversity and encourage you to bring your whole self to work.
