* Managing Operations and P&L with assistance from MD
* Fire Alarm Installation and Service management experience needed, to manage other Managers and improve performance
* Lead the implementation of strategy and Fire Alarm, Life Safety, Fire Safety installation and Service operations for growing FIA/ BAFE business
Requirements for Operations Manager/ Operations Director (Fire Alarm Systems/ Fire Detection)
* Office in South East London (so must be commutable 3 days a week+)
* Experience of working for a BAFE or FIA company to know Fire systems processes
* Operations Manager, Operations Management, Operations Director, Business Manager, Branch Manager, General Manager type experience (in fire Detection or Fire Safety installer)
