We are looking for: An Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 30 customers within the EMEA region. Key responsibilities: Key responsibilities include the support, implementation, and management of the customer and distribution strategies within the provided portfolio of customers. These will include supporting business growth and achieving the Commercial plan targets, while bearing the responsibility for the complete business relationship with customers/partners and collaborative work with Syensqo functional departments for the continuous improvement of business relationships. Additional activities will include the following: Analyze market and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities. Monitor and manage sales activities while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Support the planning and execution of projects aimed at further developing the distribution network. Prepare and deliver training sessions, and provide support to partners on technical and commercial matters. You will bring: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required; MBA or engineering degree preferred. Proven sales experience in composites and/or aerospace, ideally with major OEMs or suppliers, and experience working with distributors. Strong skills in developing and executing strategic account plans, including project management and cross-functional leadership. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and drive business growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in standard office software and CRM systems. Willingness to travel (minimum 10%).
