Recruitment Manager @ Inspire Scotland | Business Management, Candidate Generation
* Nr Anstruther, Fife
Salary: £30,121 - £34,941 per year (plus additional £1,980 - £2,530 for potential sleepovers)
Contract: 38.5 hours per week

We're looking for Senior Residential Childcare Workers who share that belief. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to lead with heart, nurture a culture of kindness and healing, and shape brighter futures for young people who've experienced trauma.
What you'll do:
* Create a real sense of belonging, encouraging children and colleagues alike to feel safe, supported and nurtured.
* Lead and mentor your team to deliver trauma-informed care, ensuring our young people feel loved, respected and empowered.
* Take ownership of day-to-day care delivery and ensure high standards through adherence to our values and policies.

What we’re looking for:
* At least 2 years' experience in a residential care setting (young people or adults)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* The ability to stay calm and compassionate in challenging situations
* A full driving licence
* A relevant care qualification (HNC, SCQF 7/SVQ 3/NVQ 3 or 4), or the willingness to gain this
