There is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing two to three live projects at any one time, typically valued between £3m–£10m, with programme durations of 6–12 months. Projects are predominantly delivered under JCT Design & Build contracts. The Role: You will take full commercial responsibility for your projects from pre-construction through to final account, while also managing and developing an Assistant or Trainee QS assigned to support you. This is a key leadership position, with scope to grow and build a larger team beneath you as the business continues to expand.
