SIXTEEN is retained to find a Motion Designer to create dynamic, high-performing video content across digital and social platforms. This role blends visual craft, creative experimentation, and performance insight. This high-growth AI platform are looking for you to shape work that both captures attention and drives measurable outcomes.
The Role
You will lead the motion design and post-production process for short-form ads and campaign content. Working alongside creative strategists and marketing teams, you’ll develop concepts, storyboards, and animations that turn data and direction into visually powerful assets.
You may use emerging tools such as Runway, Midjourney, and Stable Diffusion to accelerate creative exploration and bring new visual approaches to market quickly.
What You’ll Bring
* 4+ years’ experience in motion design or performance video production, ideally in e-commerce, gaming, or digital advertising.
* A portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, design, and motion principles within short-form creative.
* Expertise in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent motion tools.
* Experience using AI or generative technologies within a creative workflow.
* Understanding of how visual choices impact engagement, conversion, and brand perception.
* The ability to adapt motion work for different formats, ratios, and platform requirements.

* A motion designer with a strong grasp of composition, layout, and typography.
* Experienced creating social-first content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Confident moving from concept to execution with minimal direction.
* Comfortable working alongside data, strategy, and marketing teams to interpret performance insight into creative decisions.
* Used to working at pace, iterating quickly while maintaining design integrity.
* Analytical as well as creative, you understand what performs and why.
* Informed by current trends in motion design and emerging creative tools.
