Duties:
* Meet, greet, and welcome every customer to the store with a smile.
* Interact with customers whilst assisting with their requirements offering exceptional customer care.
* Operate tills systems with due diligence.
* Stock and replenish all areas of the store ensuring presentation of merchandise presented for customers' easy access.
* Obtain knowledgeable understanding of store merchandise.
* Maintain the group's high level of standards in customer care and service.
* Build a rapport with customers, offering a shopping experience with exceptional customer service whilst ensuring all staff achieve the same.
* Always maintain full store cleanliness.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years retail experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
