Job Description
We’re looking for a Site PMO / Performance Lead to support delivery on a major nuclear infrastructure project, driving performance, governance, and operational excellence across on-site installation activities.
This is a key role focused on improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance through structured processes, reporting, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support delivery of site strategy across Safety, Quality, and Delivery objectives
* Track and manage open points, risks, and actions across installation activities
* Lead operational excellence workshops to improve team performance (HSE, logistics, procurement, installation)
* Develop and implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support daily operations
* Ensure strong project governance and reporting structures are in place
* Provide clear insights to support decision-making and performance improvement
* Work closely with site teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* Background in Project Management, PMO, or Operational Excellence (OPEX)
* Experience working on large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects (nuclear highly desirable)
* Strong ability to analyse complex data and translate into actionable insights
* Proven experience leading workshops and cross-functional team engagement
* Confident working with stakeholders across multiple disciplines on-site
Required Qualifications:
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
Desirable Skills:
* Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to drive collaboration
* Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Experience with Power BI or other BI tools (highly desirable)
* Structured, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
