Your role as Breakfast Chef:
* Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion
* Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and safety
* Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
* Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
* Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
* Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance
What we are looking for:
* Prepared to work early am with a minimum 6 months chef experience
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you
* A proud individual that always strives to deliver their best
* Passion for fresh food
The Bull Hotel is located in the centre of Olney and sits at the heart of the local community. A former 17th century coaching inn, now a Pub & Restaurant with Rooms overlooks the Market Place making it a great spot to relax and watch the world go by.
