The Role
1. Will lead Safety and Health activity, ensuring the highest international standards are in place, maintained and reviewed for improvement.
2. Drive cultural change and behaviour, demonstrating best practice.
3. Improve the companies Safety and Health procedures, standards and processes.
4. Maintain compliance against latest legislative criteria.
5. Ensure a zero accident/incident culture within Safety, Health and Environmental matters.
6. Embrace methods to reduce accidents/incidents leading to increased health in the team leading naturally to improved productivity.
7. Define Safety, Health and Environmental procedures in conjunction with staff.
