Job Title: Training Coordinator (Care Standards) Part-Time, Hybrid
Location: Hybrid Work from home & our Head Office for training delivery, meeting with staff and administration.
Hours: Part-time (2-3 Days)

Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and schedule training sessions for care staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Deliver in-person training in care standards, safeguarding, and other essential topics.
* Maintain up-to-date training records and monitor staff progress.
* Develop and update training materials to reflect current legislation and best practice.
* Support managers in identifying training needs and creating tailored development plans.
* Ensure training delivery is engaging, inclusive, and practical.
About You
* Experience in a training or coordination role within the care sector (essential).
* Strong knowledge of care standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
* Confident trainer with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Comfortable with hybrid working self-motivated and able to work independently from home, with the ability to travel to our office when required.
* Recognised training qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education & Training) desirable but not essential.
