Meraki Talent is delighted to be supporting one of the fastest growing companies in Scotland in their search for a part time Business Administrator. This is initially on a temporary 4 day basis due to rapid growth with the opportunity to be made permanent.
The Company
This is a specialist sustainability business who have gone from strength to strength, doubling in size and receiving a billion pound investment from a global investment fund.
The Role:
The Business Administrator will report to the HR Director and provide administration and coordination across all areas of the business as well as engaging with external stakeholders. Duties include:
* Edinburgh office management providing day-to-day administrative support to the business,
* Prepare expense submissions for the CEO, his direct reports
* Support with ad-hoc travel and accommodation booking
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
* Meet and escort visitors
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
* Point of contact for queries, directing issues to the appropriate teams
* Monitoring, reviewing and ordering of office management supplies including stationery

Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience as Business admin/Exec assistant or Office management
* It would be beneficial to have knowledge of Sage, HR functions and providing support across multiple teams
