Job Title: Senior Project Manager\n\nSalary: £55,000 - £65,000\n\nLocation: Manchester\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client, a globally recognised multi-disciplinary consultancy expanding their Manchester team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Aviation or Infrastructure sectors bringing expertise in project leadership.\n\nKey Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:\n\nDrive business development initiatives and support the growth of the team.\nOversee JCT contracts, acting as Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administrator.\nMonitor project progress, update programmes, and track risks, budgets, and actions.\nManage the full project lifecycle, from initial brief through to completion.\nDeliver client-focused leadership, ensuring high-quality service and stakeholder satisfaction.\nPrepare reports, chair meetings, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.\nProcure and manage consultants and contractors effectively. \n\nRole Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:\n\nProven experience Aviation or Infrastructure experience.\nWorking towards or holding chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB, or equivalent).\nNEC experience (preferred but not essential).\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nProactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple projects efficiently.
