Quality and Assurance Officer in the Housing team.
The role involves ensuring compliance with the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 and the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code, using data to support continuous improvement, and managing the Housing Complaints function.
You will produce reporting, identify themes, contribute to action plans, monitor implementation, support policy review and development to meet statutory standards.
About you
Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or demonstration of graduate-level literacy and analytical skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office especially Excel and reporting tools, and other digital tools to manage and present data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce clear reports and action plans.
Knowledge of social housing sector, Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023, Housing Ombudsman’s Code, information governance, GDPR, equality, diversity and inclusion.
Experience working collaboratively with colleagues, managers and stakeholders to resolve problems and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Full driving licence and access to a car for business use.
