Allerton Bishop is a pharmaceutical and life sciences executive search firm, specialising in European recruitment at senior and executive level. We are growing our next generation of sales consultants and are hiring graduates to join our founding growth team.
This role will be based initially in our Bishop’s Stortford office, before transitioning into a hybrid role with regular time in London. It’s a high-energy, sales-driven position for ambitious individuals who want responsibility, reward, and rapid progression.
The Role
From day one, you will be trained as a commercial, revenue-generating consultant. This is a sales role at its core, working in a specialist market with high-value clients.
* Identify and engage senior pharmaceutical professionals through data-mining, market research, business development and marketing activity.
* Take personal ownership of sales generation, client development and fee income.
* Network, interview and build relationships with pharmaceutical executives, representing the Allerton Bishop brand in the market.
* Develop deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, enabling you to advise clients and candidates at a high level.
* Lead company-wide projects as part of our graduate programme, helping to build a modern, best-in-class executive search firm.
Who We’re Looking For

You will ideally have:
* A graduate or strong academic background.
* Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, placements or professional services.
* A genuine interest in phone-based and face-to-face sales.
* Evidence of sporting success or competitive hobbies.
* Drive, resilience, ambition and the desire to be part of a high-performance culture.
