We’re supporting a cutting-edge software company revolutionising tooling in the aerospace and composites industry. Backed by leading investors and with an ambitious roadmap for double-digit growth over the next 3 years, they are now seeking a Finance Director to shape, scale and lead their finance function.
💼 What You’ll Do:
* Own the end-to-end finance strategy and finance operations
* Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support strategic growth initiatives
* Provide critical insight and reporting to support decision-making across the business
* Prepare the business for future funding rounds and potential exit scenarios
* Build and lead a high-performing finance team as the company scales
🌍 What You’ll Bring:
* Ideally experience as a Finance Director in SaaS, software, manufacturing or engineering sectors
* A hands-on approach, ideally from an SME or scale-up environment
* Strong financial leadership, reporting, and forecasting experience
* Experience working alongside VC or PE-backed organisations
* Ideally Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with excellent commercial acumen
