Proven experience in a senior business operations, chief of staff, or operational leadership role within a technology or engineering environment
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and commercial/vendor governance
Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, organisational design, and people operations
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
