Position: Warehouse First Line Manager
Location: Milton Keynes (MK4 3FU)
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday, day time hours (10:00-18:00 or 11:00-19:00)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

What you\'ll do
* To coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient operation
* Conduct monthly 1-2-1\'s and performance reviews with your team
* Identify training gaps and ensure cross training plans are put in place and executed, in line with Excellence School requirements
* Track the % of errors and damage to goods at individual level and address these issues during performance reviews with employees
* Accountable for briefing and training the team with regard to any procedural or process changes and ensuring that the required level of checks and balances are in place
* Communicate productivity, profitability targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected of them
* Ensure adequate safety monitoring processes are in place to promote safety first culture
* Ensure regular checks are carried out of all MHE, Safety equipment and WI care points
This role would suit people who
* Previous warehouse management experience (First Line Manager or above) is essential
* Supervisory skills - managing individual performance, absenteeism, conflict and development
* Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
* A hands-on approach, ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head-on and in the right way
* System knowledge would be beneficial (Blue Yonder), Microsoft packages
* Ability to execute site plans efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communications skills - Verbal and written
