Salary: £23,088.00 – £25,396.80 per year (pay award pending for April 2026)
About the role: Sweet Peas is looking for experienced Early Years Educators who are passionate about children’s learning and development.
* Ensuring the safeguarding of all children within the nursery
* Maintaining high standards for the continuous learning environment
* Acting as the key point of contact for children and families, communicating effectively to support learning and wellbeing
* Accurately tracking children’s development, planning for next steps and completing electronic reports for parents
Who we’re looking for:
* Certified / licensed Early Years Educator (Level 2 or 3) with at least 1 year of experience (preferred)
* Sound understanding of the EYFS and ability to implement its requirements
* Ability to plan and implement a curriculum, considering the SEN Code of Practice, child protection procedures and inclusion
* Effective communication with parents and encouragement of their involvement
* Commitment to diversity and inclusion
* Capacity to manage self and work calmly under pressure
* Ability to manage risk and safeguard children’s safety
