Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of contract negotiations, execution, and compliance. Responsibilities
* Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract development and execution.
* Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that may arise.
* Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
* Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues related to contracts and propose solutions.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role within a relevant industry.
* Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
* Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
* Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
* Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
