Responsibilities
* You'll be required to come in and deliver end-to-end solutions, starting with the discovery phase
* Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and solutions using leading RPA tools
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical automation workflows
* Test, debug, and optimise RPA processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
* Maintain documentation and version control for automation assets
* Support deployment and integration of RPA solutions within existing systems
* Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to automation solutions as needed
* Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in robotic process automation
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience developing RPA solutions with Blue Prism
* Strong programming skills in languages relevant to RPA development
* Solid understanding of process mapping, analysis, and optimisation techniques
* Experience integrating RPA tools with enterprise systems and databases
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams
* Demonstrable experience delivering automation projects within a corporate environment
Essential Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of AI and machine learning integrations with RPA
* Experience working with a Police Force
* Strong experience with Blue Prism
* Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
* Previous exposure to cloud-based automation deployment
* Certifications in recognised RPA platforms or related fields
* Experience working in a regulated industry environment
