About the Childrens Residential Support Worker Role
Stratton Mills Recruitment is looking for dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join our growing social care division. Youll be supporting children and young people within residential homes, including those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, and complex needs.
As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, youll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can flourish and achieve positive outcomes.
Childrens Residential Support Worker Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people.
2. Promote independence, life skills, and positive behaviour.
3. Support children with routines, activities, and education.
4. Safeguard young people and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
