Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Warrington, with travel across the UK

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Work Pattern: Hybrid (3 days per week in our Ross-on-Wye or Warrington offices)

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will, alongside other team members, support the CPO with shaping and delivering the people strategy and HR operational plan. We have grown rapidly organically and through acquisition, so this isn't just about maintenance; it’s about scaling. Aligning your delivery with our commercial goals, you will lead a high-performing HR partnership team and help steer the business through high-growth organisational change.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

* You will be instrumental in driving maturity and improvements in your areas of responsibility. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll lead major HR initiatives ensuring our approach and plan can keep pace with our growth.

* Directly lead and coach our HRBP and HR Advisor. You will build a value add, commercial HR partnership service, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and high-quality delivery.

* Move the needle by using People Analytics. You’ll translate raw HR metrics into strategic insights that challenge the status quo and influence the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

What You Bring to the Table

* Extensive HRBP experience within fast-paced, scaling environments, ideally managing both head office and mobile workforces, backed by a CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience).

* Expert-level knowledge of UK Employment Law and complex ER case management.

* A proven track record of managing and developing HR professionals to reach their full potential.

* Direct experience leading HR programmes and HR Business Partnership which has driven commercial value add outcomes in employee engagement, productivity, revenue and Ebitda.

* Experience of integrations moving into HR BAU within Mergers and Acquisitions.

* The credibility to coach, challenge, and influence stakeholders at the C-Suite and Director level.

* Experience in an investor backed PE business (desirable).
