Recruit4staff are representing a well-established recycling and aggregate processing business in their search for a Heavy Plant Fitter to work in Liverpool Job Details: Pay: £24 - £26 per hour (dependant on experience) Overtime paid at £32 per hour (Overtime is anything outside of the Monday to Friday 7am-5pm hours) Hours of Work: 07:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours per week, plus 07:00 - 12:00 Saturday when required Duration: Permanent Benefits: Standard pension, 20 days paid annual leave plus Bank Holidays, additional service days after 5 years Job Role: The successful Heavy Plant Fitter will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and repairs on heavy plant and wash plant equipment used within the recycling operation. Duties include maintaining excavators, loading shovels, crushers, screeners, and wash plant machinery to ensure safe and efficient performance. The Heavy Plant Fitter will diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults while carrying out preventative maintenance to maximise machinery uptime.
