Job Title: Experienced Warehouse Picker
Location: Tewkesbury
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour unpaid break)
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Overtime: Available and paid at enhanced rates
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join a small, close-knit team of 4. This role involves light picking duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with future training opportunities on Counterbalance (CB) and Bendi forklifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack items based on order sheets
Handle and identify products with complex or awkward part numbers
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Strong written and spoken English - essential for interpreting part numbers and communicating within the team
Previous warehouse picking experience
Comfortable lifting items up to 10kg
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Willingness to learn and undergo training on CB and Bendi trucks
