We’re a well-established, family-run business in the construction and waste management industry, and due to continued growth, we’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our friendly team.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Day-to-day tasks include:
* Managing phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Sales Administration
* Coordinating job bookings, deliveries, and schedules
* Processing invoices, orders, and paperwork
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance tasks
* Providing admin support to management and site teams
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Organised, reliable, and proactive
* A great communicator and team player
* Confident using Microsoft Office and admin systems
* Able to prioritise and work well under pressure
